PAUL JOBSON

With over 17 years of NCAA Division I coaching experience, Paul Jobson brings elite-level leadership, player development expertise, and a heart for mentoring to every soccer environment he steps into. As the former Head Coach of the Baylor University Women’s Soccer Program, Paul led teams to multiple Big12 Championships and NCAA tournament appearances while helping develop some of the nation’s top female athletes—both on and off the field.

Now serving as Executive Director of Warrior Way Soccer and Director of Atletico Central Texas, Paul is committed to building a complete pathway for young athletes. His mission: to grow the game by merging faith and sport, providing players with not just skills and opportunities, but a deeper purpose.

Paul and his wife Marci—a former US National Team member and college coach—co-founded Warrior Way with a shared vision of training the next generation through character, competition, and Christ-centered values. Together, they lead a network of for-profit and nonprofit programs across Central Texas and Latin America.

Whether he’s coaching, mentoring, or preparing athletes, Paul is passionate about using soccer as a platform to shape lives and impact communities.
